| Research Abstract |
1.インタ-ロイキン I(IL-1)
乾癬病変部のIL-1αとIL-1βの動態検索のため吸引水泡を作製し組織液中の濃度をELISAにより測定した。その結果、正常人あるいは非病変部皮膚における濃度となんら差を認めることはできなかった。また、かつてIL-1活性が乾癬鱗屑中に低下していることを認め報告したが(Dermatologica 172:236,1986)、今回は同じようにしてIL-1の免疫反応性から測定し、やはり正常角化した角層に比し、有意に低下していることを確かめた。この結果、鱗屑中のIL-1の低下は、角化過程でIL-1を巻き込む機序が正常に比し異常に短時間に起こるための二次的なものと考えた。また、これらの結果は乾癬においてIL-1が異常に高値となり、その病変形成に関与するという可能性には否定的なものであった。
2.Tumor necrotic factor(腫瘍壊死性因子:TNF)
TNFが乾癬病変でどのような動きをするかに関しての研究はこれまでなされていない。したがってIL-1と同じような方法で、鱗屑中あるいは角層中のTNFの量をELISにより測定してみた。その結果、組織液中には検出限界以下の量しか含まれておらず、角層中においても、正常よりむしろ低い濃度しか認められなかった。このことは、免疫反応調節作用、起炎作用をもつTNFが本症において異常に増加することが、その発症に関与するという考えには否定的なものである。
3.アウシュピッツ現象
乾癬に特有に認められるとされてきたこの現象を、種々の炎症性皮膚疾患と対比し、病変部でテ-プストリッピングを行い検討した。貨幣状湿疹において乾癬と同率に近く認められたほかは、他の炎症性疾患では認めえなかった。乾癬では拡大しつつある局面の辺縁に認められた。
