Research Abstract |
The aim of this research is to clear the factors of long continued research under the same theme in public primary school. This Ando primary school in Shizuoka Prefecture is a rare and an excellent case in Japan, that has been continued the research under the same theme for 22 years. What makes it possible is, that teachers were able to make an organism of their research with connecting elements systematically. Almost 11 elements that I can say, will concentrate in 5 points. These are, 1. ordinary theme of class --- to accept pupils as they are, 2. to express in public, 3. self-examination, 4. awareness of living world, consciousness of act and precision of act, to form flexibility, 5. to be usual. Above these elements connected systematically each other, and formed an organism of research. And also that organism was able to propel and to continue the research for many many years.
