| Research Abstract |
光学活性インド-ルアルカロイドの効率的合成法を確立する目的で,前年度までに,芳香族ブロマイドのPd触媒によるアリル化反応(Scheme 1)を開発した.本年度はさらに,ブロムインド-ル類の選択的ビニル化反応(Scheme 2)及びピロ-ル誘導体を出発原料とした新しいインド-ル骨格合成法(Scheme 3)の開発に成功した.
現在これらの知見をもとに4ーブロムトリプトファン(10)から誘導したα、βー不飽和エステル(11)のPd触媒による分子内ビニル化,あるいはラジカル反応による4位への閉環反応をキ-ステップとするル-トでの光学活性リゼルギン酸の合成を検討中である(Scheme 4).
