Research Abstract	1.平滑筋細胞における細胞内Ca^<2+>の測定報告者はラット大動脈血管培養平滑筋細胞において細胞内Ca^<2+>調節機構を検討し、K^+、カフェイン、アンギオテンシンIIの各々による細胞内Ca^<2+>の増加機構が細胞分化の段階により異なることを見出した。また細胞内Ca^<2+>とパッチクランプ法による膜電流の同時測定にも成功した。 2.膵腺細胞アセチルコリンによる細胞内Ca^<2+>上昇に伴うK^+電流の出現を指標にアセチルコリン作用の発現・脱感作について報告した。また、アラキドン酸による細胞内Ca^<2+>の遊離の調節機構について検討している。この主題に関し、細胞内Ca^<2+>と膜電流の同時測定を試みている。 3.心筋細胞アラキドン酸代謝物質による心筋細胞ムスカリン性K^+チャンネルの活性化の生理的意義について検討し、α受容体作用に関与していることを明らかにした。また細胞内環境を維持した状態でパッチクランプ法による細胞電気活動の測定を可能とするため、イオノフォア、ナイスタチンによる膜電位固定法を確立し、報告した。この方法を用いて、種々のアゴニストや薬剤の膜電流系に対する効果を検討し、その有用性を確認した。この方法は細胞内環境を長く生理的な条件に保持し、細胞の収縮も持続する。従って、形態変化と膜電流系の同時解析に適切な方法と考えられた。
