| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
これまでにトリオキシトリフェニルアミン(TOT、π電子系化合物)にニトロニルニトロキシド(NN、安定ラジカル）を導入したNN-TOTを合成し、TOT部を1電子酸化することにより、 NNTOT(+)の四塩化ガリウム塩(-)(ガリウム(3+)は非磁性イオン（S=0)）が極低温で弱強磁性体に磁気相転移することを見出している。
平成27-28年度は対イオンとして四塩化鉄塩（鉄(3+)はS=5/2のスピンを有する）を合成し、そのものが弱強磁性体 (TN1=2.9 K)を経て、反強磁性体に相転移することを見出した(TN2=0.8 K)。このような逐次磁気相転移は、分子磁性分野で報告されておらず、興味深い(論文準備中)。
平成28年度は、１）イミノニトロキシドー金(I)から成る新たな三量体錯体を合成し、そのものが三量体で強磁性的に相互作用することを明らかとした。さらに三量体間に銀イオンを挿入した化合物の構造と磁性を明らかにした(業績１)。また、２）金(I) イオンがホスフィンと親和性が高いことを利用し、NN-Au部をホスフィンに導入したラジカル金ホスフィン錯体の一般的合成法を確立した（業績2）。さらにそれらの多核金錯体の合成と性質について検討した。特に1,2-ビス（ジフェニルホスフィノ)ベンゼンを介在させた2核金錯体は固体状態で短いAu(I)-Au(I)接触を示した。このAu(I)-Au(I)の親和性相互作用は溶液中でも観測され、ベンゼン中では、Au(I)-Au(I)の親和性相互作用に基ずく新たな吸収が観測された（論文準備中）。さらに平成28年度は、３）π電子系共役化合物として非交互炭化水素であるアズレンをとりあげ、アズレンの1,3位に安定ラジカル NN を導入したジラジカルの基底状態について検討を行った。またそれらの銅(II)錯体についても構造と磁気的相互作用について検討を行った。
