Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は中国雲南省の少数民族を対象とし，人々の文化的・地理的背景が身体化認知に影響する可能性を検討するものである。2018年度は，身体的上下空間と感情価とのマッピングに関するフィールド研究を中国にて行った。この研究では主にハニ族とタイ族をターゲットとして調査・実験を行ってきた。今のところ，彼らの空間－感情連合は文脈的影響を受けず，従来の知見と一致するものである可能性があるとわかった。それと並行してオープンサイエンスの取り組みも進めた。事前登録制度に関する論文を出版し (Yamada, 2018)，また事前審査付き事前登録した直接的追試研究を行っており，1本のプロトコルがJournal of Cultural Cognitive Scienceにおいて第1段階採択され，1本の論文がCognitive Research: Principles and Implicationsにて第2段階審査を経て刊行された。

Reason

中国にて2度の現地調査を行い，多くの収穫を得たことは確かな前進である。しかし情勢の変化もあり，中国での調査が1回行えないことがあった。それにより繰越も発生するなど，計画以上の進展とは言えない要素もある。国際誌等での調査結果の論文での報告もまだ行えていないため，それを目指し研究活動をより活性化させる。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

中国で調査が行いにくい場合は日本国内でも代替する措置を考える。また結果の公表に注力することで，研究全体の前進を達成する。
