| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
一般線形加法混合モデルによる脳構造・機能特徴の発達・加齢変化の非線形推定については、Traveling subject (TS) 計測を持つ多施設共同研究脳構造データが結合可能であることを示し、10-80歳、健常者2,000名（のべ3,000計測、加えて精神疾患群1,000名）以上のデータセットの前処理を完了させた。また、思春期縦断データを用いて、年齢、性別等との関係を一般線形加法混合モデル（GAMM）によって、脳発達・加齢曲線を推定手法を確立した。また、縦断データとなる壮年期・中年期計測70名を完了した。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
GAMMモデルに利き手や推定IQ等をモデルに含め、ライフコースにわたる変動の影響を明らかにする。さらに、ここで得られた基本属性を考慮に入れた脳構造・機能特徴の個別Z値と、様々な要因の相関関係を網羅的に明らかにする系を確立する。一連の検討によって得られたいくつかの解析結果について論文化する。縦断データとなる壮年期・中年期の計測を引き続き継続し、データベース増強を行う。
