Research Abstract

1) 担子菌から得られたフェアリーリング惹起物質が全ての植物に成長調節活性を示すことから,植物自身もこれらの化合物を産生しているという仮説を立て検討したところ,それらの物質が植物に内生していることを証明した。さらに,それらの植物体内での生合成経路の一部も明らかにした。これらの結果は,Natureや米国化学会のChemical & Engineering Newsに紹介された。さらに,これらの物質が小麦を増産させることを圃場実験で証明した。2) スギヒラタケによる急性脳症事件の化学的解明のために,その脳症と関連が疑われるレクチンの担子菌での異種発現系を構築し,このキノコのゲノム及びトランスクリプトーム解析を行った。3) サケツバタケからは新規性の高いステロイド骨格を持つ化合物を発見した。4) アンニンコウから新規破骨細胞増殖抑制物質を発見した。5) ナラタケ培養液から新規物質Armillariol AからCを発見した。6) キシメジから新規植物成長制御物質を発見した。
