Research Abstract

難治性消化器癌の再発・転移を左右する癌幹細胞のゲノム機能情報を解明し、癌幹細胞の不活性化、根絶化のために生体イメージング、ゲノム科学を駆使して創薬応用することを目的として研究を開始し、癌幹細胞のポリアミン代謝に関して新しい知見を得ることができた。さらに、これらを皮切りとして数理的統計的解析を押し進めゲノムワイドでのビックデータの取り扱いに向けて展開する予定である。
