Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Economists, political scientists and historians conducted collaborative research in the five-year research period. They compared the paths of politico-economic development of emerging states with those of the current developing and advanced countries, conducted empirical research on current emerging states based on the comparative research, and figured out the unique path and challenges of the current emerging states. The Project Managing Group led collaborative research among five research groups and supported junior researchers to nurture the mindset of multidisciplinary approaches. The project managing group took an initiative to make a four-volume book project on emerging state, which is in the process of publication from a global, academic publishing company, Springer Nature, as a kick-off of the Emerging-Economy State and International Policy Studies Series.
