本研究領域の目的は、理論・実験の融合アプローチで単細胞微生物と人工細胞の『生命-非生 命転移境界』の定量解析を行うことで、「生きている状態(生命状態)」と「死んだ状態(非生命状態)」の本質的な差異を明らかにし、その転移境界の普遍的な性質を解明することである。
