Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Based on information theory to estimate causal and leader-follower relationship, we developed a method to analyze many-body interactions between elements (such as cells) using only trajectory data of two agents, while being able to evaluate the principal-agent relationship more correctly compared to conventional methods. By using artificial intelligence to intervene in the Raman spectroscopy measurement process, the appropriate shape and pattern of the excitation irradiation are designed autonomously , and the necessary spectroscopic information is focused on obtaining the necessary spectroscopic information without waste. In the presence of various noises involved in the measurement, we devised a method to extract cell images existing in the image with high accuracy under the preconditions called sparsity and segmental smoothness.
