| Outline of Research at the Start |
スロー地震、大地震、およびこれらをつなぐ遷移過程について、時空間マルチスケールモデルによる理解とその発生予測に関する研究を実施する。同時に、High Performance Computing (HPC)分野との連携を進めることで，研究領域の新たな展開を目指す。本モデリング・予測研究と研究領域内外で得られる各種観測研究との連携を深めるため，HPCも活用した解析・データ整備を実施する。
