Outline of Research at the Start

本学術変革領域研究では、天然物（第１）と合成化合物ライブラリー（第２）に続く第３のリソース、化合物潜在空間を構築し、新しい生体機能解明や医薬・農薬シーズに結び付く生物活性分子デザイン法の新学理構築を目指す。この目標を達成するため、天然物及びその類縁体化合物の供与を受け、生きた状態での生物活性のイメージング解析、あるいは物理化学的手法による相互作用解析を行い、情報解析班へと提供する。
