Between April 12th and April 18th in 1992 Fujita made lectures on the subject "managers as negotiators" at Bosponus University in Turkey. Fujita discussed with Prof. Alpay, Chairman of the faculty of management to take leadership in negotiational Studies in Turkey. He promised to come to Japan and to make cooperation in the negotiation studies.
Between April 25th and April 30th in 1992 Fujita was at Harverd University to join the Symposium as Panelist sponsored by th president Dr. Rudenshtein. It was presided by Prof. E. Vogel. The topic was "Russian Economy and Japan's Contributions." Fujita has been the rector of ISKRA Business School, which Russian managers are invited to Japan and study the transition processes from command economy to negotiation economy via market economy, applying Japan model to their states. Its efficiency and effectiveness were discussed. Fujita made a speech of the same topic with Harverd one at the conference palace of Kremlin on the 20th of May in 1992. Fujit
a stressed that Japan's contribution to Russia could be understood in terms of cognitive balance theory among US, Russia and Japan.
Between Feb. 23rd and March 5th in 1993 Fujita went to the United States. He discussed with Prof. H. Iwasaki, Prof. A. lrie, Prof. Hannan Dr. Vermon Alden and Others.
Between March 26th and 30th Fujita went to Thailand. He made a good relations with professors interested in negotiation studies. He attended one day at the Asia conference on human right.
Between Aug. 7th and Aug. 21st in 1992 Sato went to Russia and Baltic three states. He discussed Prof. Modin at the Academy of National Economy and others.
Between Feb. 21st and Mar. 6th in 1993 Matsuoka visited Boston University, Kansas Univ. and others to make research on Public relations and negotiation studies.
Between Oct. 23rd and Oct. 20th Mosbach analyzed the international Marriage in terms of cultural and negotiational aspect.
Between Mar. 13th and Mar. 18th Byan came to Tokyo and reported Korean Problems in Public Law.
Between Mar. 11th and Mar. 24th Han came to Tokyo. He analyzed the negotiational Problems in Chinese economy in terms of cultural and mathematical approach.
Between Feb.26th and Mar. 28th Sugai went to US and visited Boston College, Arizona State University and Others. His purpose is to structure the human network of Scholars in negotiation Studies.
Between Oct. 23rd and Oct. 31st J. Oberg came to Japan and talked about the conflict and negotiation between Japan and CIS. Furthermore his recent positive studies on conflict in Ygoslavia was reported and discussed.
Between Oct. 23rd and 26th 1992 Law came to Tokyo. He talked about negotiation styles in South Africa. He stressed the cultural aspect in negotiation studies.
Between Jan. 15th and Jan. 23rd Alpay came to Tokyo. He discussed about the negotiation to solidarity between Turkey and Turkish States in CIS.
Between Jan. 10th and Jan. 28the Shaviakov came to Tokyo. He analyzed the Russian economy in Turmoil and talked about the function of negotiation in economy.
Mean While Prof. J. Wshilesky at lnternational Christian University talked about the key word "Demosophia" in Americans for lndians Opportunity, AIO. This approach is to build the consensus in terms of all participants, different from majority rule in America and Europe. Less
