Research Abstract

高温度域での大ひずみ加工で生じる微細粒組織の生成過程と生成機構を明らかにするため,粗大粒鋳造組織を有する強力アルミニウム合金7475に多軸鍛造(多段階圧縮)加工を施した.その際に現れる変形特性と微視組織の生成過程との関係を調査し,次の諸結果を得た.
1.多軸鍛造下で生じる微細粒組織の体積率は,一軸圧縮の結果に比べて顕著な増加を示した.また,多軸鍛造下の1パス当たりめひずみΔεの増加に伴いより微細粒組織がより低ひずみ域から生じた.一軸圧縮加工下では微細粒が粒界に沿ってのみ生じ,粒内では微細層間隔の層状組織だけが生じた.
2.多軸鍛造加工下では変形帯が三次元空間中に種々の方向に生じ,それらが交差した結果,初期の粗大初期結晶粒を細かく分割するため微細粒組織が生成した.これより、微細粒生成は加工誘起による連続再結晶が働き生じると結論される.
3.高ひずみ域で生じる新粒体積率は変形速度の増加に伴い顕著に減少した.高速変形下では微細粒は初期粒界付近でのみ生じ,結晶粒中心部では全く生じなかった.これに対し,低速変形下では粒界すべりによって不均質変形が導入され,その結果生じるマイクロシアバンドによって結晶粒内が細かく分割される結果,高ひずみ域で微細粒組織が生成する原因となった.
