Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、申請者らが新しく見出した細胞内情報伝達物質であるサイクリックADPリボース(cADPR)の合成酵素と受容体の構造と性質を明らかにして、cADPRを中心とする新しい細胞内情報伝達系の全容を解明することである。平成7年度の研究は順調に進行し、以下の様に研究目的が達成された。
平成7年度の研究は、研究計画通り進行し以下の新知見が得られた。
1.cADPR合成酵素cDNAをプローブにヒト遺伝子ライブラリーからcADPR合成酵素遺伝子を分離した。また蛍光in situハイブリダイゼーション法によりヒトcADPR合成酵素遺伝子の染色体存位が4p15であることを決定した(Nakagawara,K.,Mori,M.,Takasawa,S.,Nata,K.,Takamura,T.,Berlova,A.,Tohgo,A.,Karasawa,T.,Yonekura,H.,Takeuchi,T.& Okamoto,H.Cytogenet.Cell Genet.69,38-39,(1995))。
