I) Chromosomal analysis of endometrial cancer cells treated with steroid hormon
Endometrial cancer cell line (Ishikawa, HEC-1) were treated with 2x10^<-5>M Progesterone (P) and 2x10^<-5>M Danazol (D).
Ishikawa (IK) cell was not decreased treated with p or D.
HEC-1 (HEC) cell also was not decreased with P and D.
No chromosomal abnormalities were observed treated with Por D in IK or HEC.
II) chromosomal analysis of endometrial cancer cells treated with anticancer drug
Endometrial cancer cell line (IK) were treated with 5mug/ml CDDP (C) or 1x10^<-5>M Taxol (T).
Growth suppression (74%) was observed in IK cell after 24 hours exposure with C.
Growth suppression (62%) was observed in IK cell after 24 hours exposure with T.
HEC cell was not decreased after 4,8, or 24 hours exposure with C.
Growth suuppression (57%) was observed in IK cell after 4 hours exposure with T.
No chromosomal abnormalities were observed treated with T in IK or HEC.
chromosomal abnormalities such as gap, ctb, cte and csb were observed treated with C in IK or HEC.
