Research Abstract |
Since Meiji period, Japanese government had sent many imigrants to "BRASIL". During the World War II.Japanese government had stopped to send them. But after the war, the plan of emigration had been continued to 60s. Japanese economic condition had turned to be powerful since 70s. Many of Japanese imigrants and their families who lived in Brasil have come back to homeland to "Dekasegi". Especially, the middle of 80s, the population of imigrants from Brasil has increased rapidly, In these circumstancies, We researched the followings. 1).The change of life-style and conciousness of Japanese imigrants' sociaty in Brasil. 2).The process of adaptation of Japanese imigrants and their ethnic cultures. 3).The culture of Korean Imigrants in Brasil. 4).The culture of German and Italian imigrants in Brasil. 5).The physical conditions and health care of Japanese imigrants in Brasil. We researched to five fields in south part of Brasil and three fields in north to use the question sheets or interview to Nikkei-Brasiians And we try to compare the data to other ethnic societies.
