In the recent competitive society the aim of education is focused on maintaining and progressing this society. School education has been showing the typical model of a competitive society and contributed to progress this competitive society firmly.
In our educational system many people in this cpmpetitive society have their interests in concentration on educational evaluation system including educational rating. Because educational rating is used as the tool of selection in entrance examinations, it has and have an influence to select their own jobs in near future.
Our educational process which is over-interested in educational evaluation and educational rating may cause a lot of difficult problems to solve, such as forced education management, friend abuse and long-term absence from school.
In this study we will make school education more fruitful by correcting the idea of educational evaluation and discussing an abolishment of educational rating by the others who can not engage in teach
ing the same subject.
At first the characteristics of former and coming-societies were summarized. After difining the terms of "educational evaluation" and "educational rating" , an investigating research using questionaire which has the same questions to students as well as teachers are conducted. In basic data processing, the effective corss tabulation analysis showed a lot of statistically significant difference between them on the most of questions about the attitude toward an educational evaluation.
The background of the facts which makes these difference should be clearified.
Some teachers use their intersts in evaluation with not WHY but HOW.Some teachers do not understand well about educatinal evaluation and rating. They do not distinguish the usage of the two terms.
It is very important, toward coming society, to discuss about not only rating and reconstructing of the school education system, but also establishing a new subject and physical education without educational rating for reconstraction of an effective school education. Less
