Research Abstract |
The study was the basic study which found out physiological mechanisms in the livingbody with laser irradiation. The study had also purposes to design simple, handyand portable machines for the treatment of muscular pain or stiffness. Before the experiment in animal, it was confirmed that the parcolating level of cellophane papers was increased by laser irradiation to NaCI solution. Due to irradiation with the laser to the sciatie nerve in mouse, the reaction time for transmission was changed. In the heart of frog, form of the pulse was figure in the electrocardiogram. With laser irradiation to atherosclerotic aorta in the abdominal was observed with the electron microscope, as the result, the laser energy was effective on elastic fibers.
