Twenty percents of athletes were admitted to go on university by a recommendation. Near the 80% of objects playd sport at the company or the teaching staff's team after graduated university. They decided the retirement from the sport carcer spontaneously. The reasons of their retirement were the decrease of their physical strength and willingness to maintain high level of sport activity and limitation of time. Less than 20% of athletes did an occupational preparation after their retirement, but the people who felt some problem about their occupation were a quite few. This was understood that many people could get a position relating to sport and physical education. Less
