Research Abstract |
9. SUMMARY OF RESEARCH RESULTS THIS STUDY WERE INVESTIGATED CONCERNINC ; THREE SUBJECTS AS FOLLOWS. 1. VERTICAL CHANGES OF DISSOLVED ELEMENTS ACCOMPANIED WITH THE MOVEMENT OF RAIN WATER IT BECAME CLEAR THAT WATER AMOUNT ARRIVED TO FOREST FLOOR DECREASED ABOUT 80 % AND WATER QUALITY CHANGED GREATLY BY THE INVESTIGATION OF JAPANESE CEDER- CYPRESS ESTABLISHED AND DECIDUOUS BROAD LEAVED STAND DOMINANT OAK.BECAUSE OF PRECIPITATION SUPPLIED TO FOREST ECOSYSTEM WAS INTERCEPTED BY FOREpST CROWN.IMPORTANCE OF UNDERGROWTH WAS POINTED OUT TOO.AMOUNTS OF IONS INCREASED BY THROUGHFALL WERE SEPARATED WET DEPOSITION, DRY DEPOSITION AND CANOPY BY THE ANALYSIS TWO MAIN CAUSE OF WASH AND LEACHING FROM TREE 2. WATER QUALITIES FORMATION IN A SOIL THE DYNAMICS OF WATER SOLUBLE BASE CATIONS IN A FOREST SOIL WERE INVESTIGATED BY THE IER METHOD IN ORDER TO CLARIFY THE CHANGES OF SOIL WATER QUALITIES IN A SOIL SYSTEM.THE EFFECTS OF NITROGEN MlNERALIZATION ON THE SOIL WATER QUALITIES TOO. 3 WATER QUALITIES FORMATION IN A STREAM.THE EFFECTS OF PRUNNING AND THINNING ON THE WATER QUALITIES FORMATION OF STREAM WERE INVESTIGATED TO CLARIFY THE MECHANISM OF WATER QUALITIES FORMATION.THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE AMOUNTS OF PRECIPITATION AND STREAM QUALITIES WERE STUDIED TOO STREAM QUALITIES THAT ARE MAIN WATER ROUTE IN A FOREST ECOSYSTEM ARE KEPT THE PHYSICOCHEMICAL BALANCE BY THE ADSORPTION AND LEACHING WATER-SOLUBLE BASE CATIONS IN A PASS THROUGH THE SOIL HORIZON AND PEARENT MATERIALS
