A review of social choice theory after Arrow may say that examination of the implication of domain-restriction and value restriction in the theory is important.

2) Surveys and refinement of public choice theory
Since public choice theory is extended in a variety of forms, this study focused on a most comprehensive survey paying attention on structural feature of the arguments, method of arguments and subjects of analyses. It refined the arguments how the theory is further reorganized so that it contributes systemic evaluation of policy decision-making.
