Research Abstract |
Statistical data had indicated the followings about the world production, trade and consumption of crude oil and natural gas of these 15 years. That is ; 1. Peaking-out of crude oil production by non-OPEC countries, and the increasing of dependency to import crude oil in North America. 2. OPEC countries, esp. Saudi Arabia, is becoming main supplier again. 3. Main OPEC countries are increasing their capacity of oil chemical productions and improving their fiscal conditions. From this points it may be said that the OPEC is increasing their bargaining power in crude oil market after the latter half of the 1980s. Moreover a comparative understanding on the difference between capitalism and Islamic economy became to be needed for pursuing this project. The followings were obtained through the comparison between the socioeconomic concepts of A. Smith and Baqir-s-Sadr. That is ; 1. When a western type development policy is adopted, an possibility of contradiction exist theoretically between the needed external policy and the internal policy founded on Islamic fundamental value. 2. The theory of Islamic economy s vs tem does take not much interest in the problems between states such as management of balance of payments and so on. 3. The concept of "market" does hot always mean the western free competition market. 4. The lower limit of living standard means the limit for life without anxiety, anti it does not determined in comparison with the rich. Thought from some factors the real crude oil price has returned to the level of pre oil crisis, this level is not enough for development amid stability of oil producing countries Moreover the importance of revenue from industries except for crude oil producing is increasing. About these problems the statistical analysis has not attained an meaningful results yet. The analysis of this problem must he continued and financial stability is next subject.
