This research aims at defining and classifying the annoyance that had occurred in the city, and developing the emergent condition model to solve some problems of infrastructure facilities. Some kind of the questionnaire surveys were done to residents in urban area.
(1)In the first survey, it is designing to ask the experience and the information of the annoyance. From the hierarchical cluster analysis to four pattern of answer, a lot of annoyance phenomena classified into four types.
(2)In next survey, the annoyance of residents were questioned by the free response method. At the results, average number of free response were 3.3 opinions, the unlawful parking on roads, traffic noise from vehicles on roads, persistent invitation of salesman, and dropping of dog etc. were pointed out as the annoyance. Furthermore, the grievance annoyance are more than perceived experience one, and the annoyance action were often occurred at the overall in resident area.
(3)In designing third questionnaire vote, three dummy facilities were questioned on not only the NIMBY facility. Result of third survey shows that the value of NIMBY facility is 20 or less, if symbol facility at Nagoya is assumed to be 100, type of the NIMBY facility is divided into a regional limitation type and a regional spread one.
(4)The cleaning activity in the block park was analyzed by the method of Quantification theory type II, it is showed that experience of some activity in park is very important factor to increase emergence of the block park.
(5)The structure of regional contribution of expressway interchanges in the rural area was clarified, by the consideration structure analysis used DEMATEL.And, the necessity of emergent improvement was shown for the use of expressway interchanges.
