Under the title of A Basic Research on Resource and Energy Education, focusing on Junior High School textbooks, we have been researched as follows :
Using Junior High School Physics Textbook-Analysis, the Energy Education from the German Democratic Republic through the New States of Germany was historically researched.
With the Junior High Science textbooks, focusing on Energy Resource, Japan and USA were, and focusing on Energy Conservation/ Saving Energy/ Energiesparen, USA, UK and BRD were comparatively researched.
One teaching research of the new content Resources of the lower secondary science education was based by the American textbook Merrill Life Science, and another teaching research of the content Energy was based by the UK textbooks Active Science and Oxford Science.
For the development of students'ability of information gathering and the improvement of teaching method in Higher Education, Resource as a keyword was searched on Internet and analyzed. With the Junior High School Science textbooks of Japan and UK, for the training of comparative research method, issues of Resource were picked up and analyzed.
Depending historical background, school systems, frameworks of lesson, the various types of Resource and Energy Education was clarified its purpose and objects, contents, teaching methods. But, evaluation shall be analyzed further more.
