Research Abstract |
We have researched the method of exchanging the class information in a remote class by using SCS.The class information consists of the content explained by the lecturer, the content of the question and answer, and the teaching materials. First of all, Multi-point Collaboration was executed more than 50 times by using SOS The method of exchanging the information was examined through two points (the internet use and the line use). (1) Use of internet It was attempted for the lecturer to load materials as the home page and for the attendance to print and to use it. (2) Display of home page The home page has been displayed during the lesson, so it was effective for the attendance to understand the content of the lecture. (3) Use of line The lecturer has attempted to transmit the explanation materials to VSAT by the facsimile, and similarly the attendance has asked the question to the lecturer by it. (4) Each type of the class, in which the information exchange was effectively used, has been examined. (5) We has investigated the presentation by overhead camera, and the development of multimedia materials and audiovisual materials, concerning how to make and how to show the materials which the attendance can understand easily. (6) The arrangement of the attendance in the SCS classroom and the composition of the audiovisual equipments have been examined.
