QCDを用いたエキゾチックハドロンの研究

Research Abstract

去年までに開発したQCD和則の新しい解析手法を今年度に入り、有限温度におけるチャーモニウムの解析に応用し、チャーモニウムの様々な量子数を持つ状態がどの温度で溶けるかを調べました。この研究成果を論文にまとめ、Physics Review Lettersにpublishしました。また、同じアプローチをボトモニウム系にも応用し、それぞれのチャンネルの融解温度を計算しました。この結果も論文にまとめ、現在雑誌に投稿中です。このように、様々なクォーコニウムの有限温度を持つ物質中の振舞いを調べることが、LHCなどで行われる重イオン衝突において、どのような温度のクォーク・グルーオン・プラズマが作られたかを理解するために非常に重要な意味を持ちます。
さらに、新しい解析手法の応用範囲を広げるため、三つのクォークからなる核子に関するQCD和則に適用可能であることを示し、その結果を論文としてpublishしました。また、核子に関するQCD和則の信頼性を高めるためには、これまでは無視してきたα_s補正を取り入れ、パリティ射影を行った和則を解析しました。この解析の結果として、核子の基底状態だけではなく、その負パリティを持つ励起状態も再現できることを示しました。この結果は現在論文にまとめているところです。
研究計画の中にあったもう一つのテーマは格子QCDによるΛ(1405)と呼ばれる粒子の研究です。この研究では、クエンチ近似を使わずに、しかも比較的に軽いクォーク質量で得られているゲージ配位を用いて、Λ(1405)の性質を調べています。そのためにはいくつかの演算子を用意し、その演算子と結合する状態を対角化することによって分離します。これまでは、いくつかのテスト計算を行い、以前の研究に得られた結果が再現できることを確認しました。
