Research Abstract |
An amphibian has webs of their digits. On the other hand, there is no web between toes of some birds, nor between digits of human being because the apoptosis appears in the primitive tissue between digits of the embryo. The purpose of this study is to declare relation ship between the Bone Morphologic Protein-2 and the apoptosis of the bud during development of feet of the chicken. However this aim was not succeeded because of some technical difficulties.
