1, Genotyping for *1, *2. *3 in CYP2C19 polymorphism were establish by Sma I digestion for *2 polymorphism and BamHI digestion for *3 polymorphism. Digestion fragments of PCR products were determined by gel electrophoresis. 2, Enough informed consent was give to one-hundred nine healthy volunteers, who research owns family tree at parents and grandparents. Located degree, which means originated from Tohoku district in Japan as a closed population, were given one point for each family tree member, and were given zero point for subjects without originated Tohoku district. Total points of located degree in family tree were used value of experimental subjects. 3, Ten milliliter of blood samples were corrected from 109 volunteers. The CYP2C19 genotypings were determined by previous established PCR-RFLP method using of genomic DNA extracted from white blood cell in 109 volunteers. The 49 experimental subjects had zero located degree, the 47 subjects had six located degree and 13 subjects classified the others. The CYP2C19 genotypes were obtained 40% of *1*1 and 28% of *1* in subjects of zero located degree. On the other hand, the CYP2C19 genotype were obtains 21% of *1*1 and 45% of *1*2 in subjects of six located degree. The different distribution of CYP2C19 genotype were observed between the group zero and six located degree. 5, The distribution of genotypes for CYP2C19 in previous reports were researched. The results were suggested that there were two type of Mongoloid groups having different CYP2C19 genotypes distribution, which is population having 40% of *1*1 genotype versus 20% of *1*2 genotype originate from Eurasian mongoloids and population having 20% of *1*1 versus 40% of *1*2 genotype originated from Polynesian mongoloids. In the present our results, there is two type of Japanese population in CYP2C19 genotypes which are originated from Eurasia Mongoloids Polynesian Mongoloids. The our results propose very important evidence for study of Japanese race origin.
