Research Abstract

Generally it is thinking about the world of sport when it is the meritocracy society that only the ability is evaluated. But, the influence of the alumnus meeting which is a human network is taken in Japan when the player is chosen or when the organization is established. And, the alumnus organization exists as a place where the ability in sport isn't asked to the person who retired from the sport player. So, the meritocracy society is completed again in the alumnus meeting organization. Or, the alumnus meeting sometimes becomes the group which secures the new position to the person who wasn't sent to the important position in the society related to sport. In other words, someone who excluded from the power structure in the world of sport manage the alumnus meeting organization, and these are suitable for saying "substitution-heating" by the person. Furthermore, as for the sport group, the power structure occurs easily there from depending on economical help of the alumnus meeting. But, in the West, the alumnus meeting exists in the same way as "Tanimachi" of the Japanese sumo wrestling as the patron or the supporter, and the one related to the power is never built.
We will have to study about the power structure of the alumnus meeting of the various sport groups.
