Research Abstract

C-1300神経芽腫にリポフェクチン法を用いてMaf遺伝子を導入し、A/Jマウスに静注移植、転移実験を行った。転移臓器別のアッセイ法としては、肝ではliver colony法で検討した。Maf遺伝子導入法を確立し、transfection効率を一定とした。静注移植後、肝転移を定量的に得ることができた。Maf遺伝子導入群では転移抑制が見られた。
次に、Small Maf memberであるMafKをT-cell系で過剰発現するtransgenic mouseを開発した。このtransgenic mouseの寿命は短く、T-cell系の減少、IL-2、IL-4のmRNAレベルの低下を検討した。
