Research Abstract |
The changes in gene expression profiles during atherogenesis in vascular wall cells including vascular endothelial cell, vascular smooth muscle cell, monocyte and macrophage were studied using oligonucleotide DNA microarray. Following three targets were mainly analyzed comprehensively.
