Research Abstract |
Purposes of this study is as follows. 1)The standard production guideline is decided objectively, on the basis of the efficiency of the Braille embosser and the software. 2)The software which it can draw up and can compile the data where Braille and tactile graphics exist together is developed. 3)Verifying concerning the effectiveness of the touching figure teaching aid for visual obstacle education which was drawn up with this system. The results of this study is as follows. (1)On the basis of the point below, Contents of the guideline for were rearranged. 1)Stand on the restriction with the efficiency of the tactile graphic embosser. 2)Standing on the restriction with tactile graphics software. 3)The restriction with the degree of understanding of implementers about tactile perception and drawing technical skill regarding tactile graphics. (2)The software it developed. That is the software in order to compile the both of Braille and tactile graphics. Fundamental condition for new tactile graphics software development was arranged by modularizing the software program classified by function. 3)We investigated concerning the tactile graphics of embosser output. As a result, there is a variation of precision of the point which is printed, it became clear for expression of detail to be difficult. Therefore, Sharing the data making use of Internet, when it utilizes, it was found that it is important to draw up the tactile graphic data on the basis of the strict guideline.
