Research Abstract |
The purpose of this research project is to conduct a comprehensive research on the legal responses to corruption of persons in public offices, taking into consideration not only the domestic situation but also the international situations, especially the various legal instruments for the control of corruption adopted by the international community. Based on the extensive and thourough research on various materials including legal instruments and documents, this research project could lead to some significant proposals for the regulation of conducts of persons in public offices and the sanction system for such legal regulations.
