Research Abstract |
We research into the desirable information system that enables efficient supply chain management. We found that retailers should should initiate the improvement of supply chain from case study of global chain stores. We also studied the current status and future potential of RFID technology and how net-transition should be starategically planned and executed. Moreover, we build up business game models to empirically examine these results obtained. In order to have an experience to install and manage a realistic business information system, SAP R/3 that is well-known and standard ERP software is installed and operated for ourselves and used to seek the ideal business information system for efficieng SCM.
