Research Abstract |
The problems of mind are more complex and serious in our time, so the specialists as clinical psychologists are expected high grade expert abilities. But it's very difficult to train clinical psychologists because they treat internal mind and how to use mind or how to live with their whole personalities. It proposes the essential theme, "Can we educate them by the so-call teaching system?" The distinctive quality of clinical psychology is mutual inseparableness, the science created from the clinical practices based on the direct human relations and the clinical practices based on the science. We need the different educational process "educational training" from the usual one which professors give instruction. So we discussed what and how we educate or train for the students who intend to be the clinical psychologist and the clinical psychologists who have the license and the leaders of educational training. We focused on the topics about the educational training facilities as the counseling centers attached to the universities or the educational curriculums of the postgraduate school or the ethical education. It's found that the change of the paradigm from the usual "lecture"-"exercise"-"practice" to the new "practice"-"exercise"-"lecture" is very potential. And we've founded a new meaning in the bottom-up foam based on our own clinical practices. We've considered the essence of the educational training again, so it's become clear the importance of the mutual viewpoint of the trainees and the trainers. An addition, the independent doctor course specialized educational training is established in post graduate school of education in Kyoto University from April, 2004.
