Research Abstract |
In order to clarify how graduates from university for teacher training may form their early careers, university graduates may show a variety of careers and organize their time perspectives, thirty samples were administered by a questionnaire and by an interview in 8 years from graduation. Findings showed that, first, graduates created their life projects by examining the fitness of their career to realize their goals that were set in the graduation. Second, they changed their goals from the individualistic one to the collaborative one. Third, they needed re-training and more autonomy in job place, security for employment, support for their marriage. For the further remarks, continuing the following study can lead to examine how they relate their career with family formation and how they make their life stories.
