Recently, the women's fashion magazines have become the giant agent of cultivation effect on women in youth generation. In this article, there are three parts, 1)the sampling of carriers, 2)the estimation of selective exposure to magazines, and, 3)the iconic analysis and formulation of cultural configuration in these cover models and copy through QCA. The outline will be described below. At first, in the sampling procedure, the author has proposed a concrete plan and list of carriers, for purposive sampling, by using both the estimated number of sales copies, which is calculated with sales coefficient, and the ABC number of copies. Secondly, the author has inquired and identified top-carries and mega-carriers in the teen-aged readers, from three viewpoints, which are age cohorts in a single data-set, same age cohorts in multiple data-sets, and, same birth cohorts in multiple data-sets, by using eight Gakko Dokusho Research data-sets. Finally, by using QCA, the author has solved both a strict equation and an approximate equation which explain the shift of cultural hegemony in 34 cover icons of non-no as a latter high teen's top-carrier.
