Research Abstract |
Infection of Autographa californica M nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcMNPV) in Sf9 cells induces cell cycle arrest at S and G2/M phases. To understand the mechanisms of the cell cycle arrest, identification of virus genes responsible for cell cycle arrest was performed. And also changing patterns of several cellular factors responsible for cell cycle regulation were analyzed in Sf9 cells during AcMNPV infection by using several antibodies against those homologues in other animals.
