Research Abstract |
These studies were carried out for the purpose of regenerating and repairing the subarachnoid space. The plan is autotransplantatiotion of arachnoid trabecular cells differentiated from bone marrow stem cells of the skulls. We can collect bone marrow stem cells as side population cells by FACS - sorting after staining bone marrow cells by Hoechst 33342. But we can't differentiate these cells into arachnoid trabecular cells yet.
