This study, as being the extension of Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C) "Constructing a system for supporting music activity by using personal computers and network" (1999-2000) and the project for developing web learning contents by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (2000), aims to manage and improve the website "Music Room" which will be a model when all class rooms are connected with broadband, to enforce its verification, and to construct a portal site evolved from it, The contents of this study held in these two years were as follows : 1) Operation of the experimental class on the website "Music Room" 'Online Music Room' (Toyama City Ninagawa Elementary School, Tokyo Metropolitan Setagaya Ward Kamikitazawa Elementary School, etc) 2) Investigation of the "Music Room" (grasping its condition of utilization and helping its administration of BBS) 3) Verification of the educational effect of "Music Hoom" (the realization of more effective class evolut
