This study, as being the extension of Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C) "Constructing a system for supporting music activity by using personal computers and network" (1999-2000) and the project for developing web learning contents by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (2000), aims to manage and improve the website "Music Room" which will be a model when all class rooms are connected with broadband, to enforce its verification, and to construct a portal site evolved from it, The contents of this study held in these two years were as follows :
