| Research Abstract |
本年度には第53回日本産婦人科学会(2001年5月14日、札幌)において"妊娠中の血中matrix metalloproteinase-2,-9(MMP-2,-9),tissue inhibitor of metalliproteinase-1,-2(TIMP-1,-2)値に関する検討"という演題で、The 9th Conference of the European Placenta Group(2001年9月22日、Sorrento, Italy)において"TIMP-1 play an important roles in IUGR and preeclampsia"という演題で、第22回日本妊娠中毒症学会(2001)年10月11日、奈良)において"TrophoblastのMMP-9,TIMP-1分泌に及ぼすtransforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)の影響"という演題でそれぞれ学会発表を行い、現在の研究テーマである、妊娠中毒症発症におけるTrophoblast細胞の子宮筋層浸潤との関わりや、その筋層浸潤における蛋白分解酵素であるmetalloproteinase-2,-9(MMP-2,-9)やそのinhibitorであるtissue inhibitor of metalliproteinase-1,-2(TIMP-1,-2)の発現の変化、そのMMP-2,-9やTIMP-1,-2発現の制御因子であるサイトカインの影響などについて、国内外の多くの研究者と意見交換をすることができた。
近年、妊娠中毒症症例においては免疫状態の活性化がおきており,多くのサイトカインの発現が亢進しているといわれている現在妊娠中毒症症例において発現の亢進しているとされるIL-1(α,β),IL-2,IL-6,TNFR-α,INF-γのTrophoblast細胞の浸潤やMMP-2,-9やTIMP-1,-2の発現に及ぼす影響を、Trophoblast細胞を妊娠初期の人工妊娠中絶例より患者の承諾を得て採取した絨毛組織から、Kliman et al.のパーコール濃度勾配法により分離した後に、Trophoblast細胞のin vitroにおける浸潤モデルであるMatrigel invasion assay法を用い検討中である。今後多くのデータを集積、解析し、成果を発表していく予定である。
