Our research consists of the following four. A) Toyota Group Research We conducted a survey of employment situations to major firms of Toyota Group and analyzed the data. B) Youth Employment Research Ota led the research and published several papers on the topic. C) Human Resource Development and Economic Growth Research Yagi led the research and published several papers on the topic. D) Education and Employment Yamada and Yagi led the research on the relationship between education and employment. (See the list below.) E) Other Research Nakata led firm's employment adjustment research and Tuchida led the employment law research. (See the list below.)
