Research Abstract |
The dosing amount of tracer gas when measuring ventilation rate should be cut down a possible according to the global warming. Moreover, there is always a possibility of distribution of tracer gas when measuring ventilation rate. The purpose of this study a re as follows ; 1.Establish a protocol for ventilation rate measurement of PFT method. Moreover figure the ventilation characteristics and stock those data by PFT method. 2.Figure the ventilation network in varied ventilating method, air tightness, condition of windows opened or closed by numerical analysis in a standard residence. 3.Establish the ventilation rate measuring method when there is a tracer gas concentration distribution. As a result ; 1.A method to measure ventilation rate and VOCs concentration simultaneously was established. 2.Limitation to adapt PFT method and its protocol was established by numerical simulation and measurement in residences and the error between those 2 methods was confirmed to be very small. OP-FTIR method was found to be practically useful.
