Research Abstract |
(1)The wide angle stereoscopic display with central high resolution image was developed. It was found the teleoperations were done in higher efficiency and accuracy by the display. (2)The experimental results showed that the accuracy of eyeball direction of both eyes decreased at passive binocular visions. Furthermore, the accuracy of eyeball direction bf non-dominant eye was worse than that of dominant eye at passive binocular visions. (3)The result of the experiment confirmed that the differences of perceived depth position between real and virtual object could be negligibly small (within 1 mm on average) by correcting size of virtual object to be seen as same as the real object.
