| Research Abstract |
1.The purpose of this research is to analyze a change of educational purge policy which has had an effect the course of being enforced "educational reform" and to rethink the commonly accepted theory of "reverse course" through theoretical examination.
2.This research clarified which commonly accepted theory didn't concrete the basis of an argument-"What kind of a change or conversion is it?", "What about the nature of this change or conversion".
3.This research analyzes Tokyo to clarify the effect the course of being enforced "educational reform" as a case study. The way of analysis is to check whether there is any change and conversion of it under Tokyo Military Government Team and Kanto Civil Affairs Regions Monthly Activities Report from 1948 to 1950.
4.According to the analysis of the above -mentioned two main points are suggested.(1)The commonly accepted theory of "reverse course" which is a basis for the construction of educational figure after the war is currently being debated and critical changes are looking at being made. (2)in terms of result (1), to examine the CIE weekly reports for GHQ level and the monthly activities which are reported by Military government team and Civil Affairs Regions are necessary for the empirical research.
