Research Abstract |
When nation-state is one of the frameworks that remain dominant as well in our quotidian manner of feeling and thinking as in the territory of the realpolitik, when it continues, nevertheless, to be faced with its own limits, by seeing itself menaced not only by he emergence of the new telecommunication, but also by the enormousness of economic practices, and when it hasn't yet known what will attend it at the very turning point where it is situated, our abilities of questioning are solicited, and our problematics of the nation-state must take thus chance to be sharpened still more. This is why Mr. Hideki HAS EGAWA was invited to speak of the Corsian issue in the context of the French Republic. And after his speech, it is a crucial question that attended us : how does one think the difference ? What one must recall precisely is that difference doesn't exist uniquely in order to affirm that something is identical with itself and by doing so, to produce other as enemy. There are too many examples of that vicious circle, that pitfall of identity and difference.
