Research Abstract |
In our country, a historical study of the German-Soviet War and the World War period is still almost unexplored. The Holocaust right began in the German-Soviet War. But when did it begin at in earnest? One of the representative researcher in Japan, Prof. Kurihara says that it was August, 1941. But it is too early. According to my study, an opening of a turning point was in September 1941. The turning point to the extermination was after the Declaration of war to U.S., December 1941. Heydrich Himmler and Hitler thought that they beat the Soviet Union till then. If the Soviet Union surrendered, they thought, there was a Jewish exile place as many as one likes. But there was not the possibility after the winter crisis in December 1941 and the Declaration of war to U.S. Therefore Hitler gave the green light to the policy of the extermination of Jews of all Europe. The construction of an exterminstion camp was from spring, 1942. From September, 1941 to December, Heydrich and Himmler groped only for a transient solution.
